application. Collecting the necessary
documentation in advance will save you significant
time in the loan process. It is possible that
you may need additional documents depending on your
situation and the type of loan. It is also
possible that some of them will not be necessary. We
will inform you if additional documents are necessary.

You will need to submit
these items along with our application package which
you can print from your own computer, fill it out via
mail, or by calling 1 888 854-RATE
Do not worry about
sending all documents in your first package.
Missing documents can be forwarded later on.
All original documents
will be returned before you close with us. We
will call you within 48 business hours of our receipt
