The information given at my initial consultation regarding the costs involved, interest rates proposed, and the overall explanation of how the process would evolve played through to perfection. All of my questions or concerns through the process were answered with confidence and accuracy. The entire crew at 1st Residential Funding provided outstanding customer service and I felt like family by the time we got to closing, which went flawlessly with no surprises. I only wish my experiences with other financial needs and transactions were handled with half the competancy as I experienced with Lynda and her staff. Personal service and attention to detail like this are simply not found anymore
